The staff was nice, hotel was super clean, and the room was affordable. The building and rooms had a cool lagoon view 🌴. It was a great way to wrap up our weekend getaway.

This family-friendly hotel offers a lot of excellent quality and well laid out rooms. The room is reasonably priced. Its location is good, close enough to The Bullring restaurant which is attached-steaks are simply awesome and the service first class and friendly, shopping plaza and the town centre and Murray river parks and gardens. Besides, Fredericks Park is 5 minutes' drive away.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the chess play area. The room includes a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Ettamogah Pub is just 2 miles away from the hotel.

We dined at a great restaurant for lunch, and the extra amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator came in handy since the location was very central.

The restaurant here was fabulous for 1 dinner, we both ordered outstanding dishes. There were a lounge, a writing table, and a kettle provided.

The location was peaceful and easy, in the restaurant which was unexpected, the view was stunningly beautiful, too.

The hot tub and lagoon area were amazing, although the hot tubs in the lagoon are currently closed for renovation. The staff were super helpful, and our room was very comfy. Parking right outside our door was convenient, especially when it rained. a relaxing resort with fabulous facilities, including a fantastic shower and bed in the room. The pools and spas were extremely fun for our kids, and the indoor heated pool was at the perfect temperature. We'll definitely be back when traveling through!

Unfortunately our stay wasn't as pleasant as the two rooms beside ours were filled with women who arrived back at the hotel in the early hours of the morning drunk and determined to wake everyone up. The hotel staff didn't seem to mind and no apologies were made the next morning when we checked out. We regularly visit Albury to see family and friends. Next time though we will be staying else where.

The rooms were brand-new and stylish with four beds, newly renovated bathroom, just what was needed. The staff were very efficient and attentive. Central location was a plus.

Brilliant hotel, it was overall clean, and the staff was efficient and excellent. Great service, although a few employees were horribly rude. The location was particularly good in an awesome area, near to last bay, and centre of town. Again, the venue was just a pleasant stroll away from Lavington Library.

Well-maintained hotel in a beautiful area next to the main town centre which has a great shopping precinct and historical places to go, the Cantina restaurant and the Quality Resort Siesta.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and well worth it for the great experience I had. Secondly, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They provided regular room service, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the location was ideal as it was not too far from restaurants in the area, making it convenient to explore and try different dining options.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
